My only suggestion is to do the proper stretches before/after runs to prevent injuries. Don't ignore any pain (soreness is ok). Also focus on strengthening your core and your legs (quads, glutes etc). Hopefully, you are doing all that. Good luck! Anyone who can come close to matching Dinesh is the real deal in my books

I have not praticed running and also dont usually put up any practice sessions for registered marathons and hence I'm a poor planner which I think cost me with few minutes in my results.
BTW I have not participated in any marathon since my 50K Trail run (September) owing to my work relocation .I'm also trying for a Spring intake admit for a Masters in US
.So no aspirations for running as of now until i get this done.
