Double damn. Losing after being at match point is bad for an experienced player like Ankita. (I just posted the scores but did not follow the matches)

Bad loss for Ankita, but what a fantastic win for Karman in a humdinger against another promising player (especially good that she won this week after losing to her the previous time). After such a long match, I hope she has more in the tank for tomorrow!

Sad for Ankita... :-(

KKT's match duration was 3-and-a-half hours?

Karman posts an easy win to make it to her first $25K SF.

At $25K ITF Women, Hua Hin, Thailand

[QF] Karman Kaur THANDI (IND,522) d. Giuliana OLMOS (MEX,514) 61 63

Next,

[SF] Karman Kaur THANDI (IND,522) vs. (2) Peangtarn PLIPUECH (THA,270)

This is a tough match for Karman against local top 300 player. But, she has already achieved expected from her this week and has nothing much to lose and can go all out.

Hopefully she is on the way to replace Ankita from the top. Long way but a definite possibility
