This guy Oscar Otte is not at all tired. :D He has won 2 more matches and gone thru to the SF here upsetting 4th seed Martin in QF. Prajnesh was really unlucky to draw him in the first round.

For next week's Gimchen challenger in Korea, Prajnesh is now 1 out from main draw. 2 special exempt spots are still to clear. Otte may take up one of that spot. Not sure of if the other one will clear.

Yuki is still there in the main draw with few hours to go for qualies draw to be made. Keeping fingers crossed for him back to be playing here.

Nope. There was 1 more late withdrawal and Prajnesh gets into main draw. So, as of now both Yuki and Prajnesh are in the main draw. We will have to for the main draw to see the confirmation though as Yuki has the habit of puling out at last moment particularly when he is returning from injuries . :D

Prajnesh isn't in the qualies draw, so hopefully he made it in...

Sidharth Rawat is playing the qualies... :goodluck:

Update: just checked the entry lists and Prajnesh made it in and even the guy after him made it into the main draw... :D

Siddhartha Rawat also features in this tournament but as a qualifier and today plays his R1 against H.Chung
And any Korean in Korea is a dangerous player.

Unlucky for Prajnesh to draw top seed Yen Hsun Lu in R1. Yuki, using his PR draws WC Seong Chan Hong of Korea.

As expected Siddarth Rawat looses in straight sets in his R1 qualifier and a similar fate awaits Pragnesh having drawn Randy Lu ,
Yuki is the one to watch and eager to see if he can maintain his winning form of this year after coming from a mini break.

A bit strange of Siddharth Rawat to chose the tough part of going thru play challenger qualies. He needs to first start reaching later stages at futures level before trying to move to challenger level.

Prajnesh went down 2-6 2-6 quite tamely.

At $50K+H Gimcheon Challenger 2017, Korea

[R1] Prajnesh Gunneswaran (IND,269) l (1) Yen-Hsun Lu (TPE,56) 26 26
